- Acceptance of Terms
Expert DSK is a legal directory website that facilitates connections between expert witnesses and attorneys. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you signify your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Expert DSK LLC (“Expert DSK”). If you do not fully, completely, and unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
- Copyrights and Permitted Uses
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Expert DSK or its content suppliers, and it is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Expert DSK.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all materials, including photos, programming code, images, and written content, are private property of Expert DSK. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works from the content is strictly prohibited.

Listings are based solely on information provided by the experts themselves, and Expert DSK does not independently vet the claims or credentials of any experts.
All information on the Site is provided “as-is,” without warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Visitors assume full responsibility for their actions and any consequences resulting from the use of information on the Site, including consulting, retaining, or designating expert witnesses.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their due diligence, including verifying the qualifications and suitability of any expert witnesses before engaging their services. Expert DSK disclaims all liability for any actions taken or decisions made based on the information provided on the Site.
- Expert Listing Parameters and Restrictions
Expert witnesses who wish to list their services on the Site must comply with the following parameters:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in their listings.
- Update their listings promptly to reflect any changes in credentials, contact information, or services offered.
- Ensure that all content submitted is professional, relevant to their area of expertise, and free from offensive, defamatory, dishonest, or unlawful material.
By submitting content to the Site, expert witnesses grant Expert DSK a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, publish, reproduce, adapt, and create derivative works from the content in any medium or format, now known or developed in the future. Expert witnesses also warrant that they hold the rights to all materials uploaded – and they indemnify Expert DSK against any claims of copyright or intellectual property infringement.
Expert DSK reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Site to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Users agree that such monitoring does not impose any obligation on Expert DSK to take action or responsibility for user behavior.
Expert DSK reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listing that:
- Contains false or misleading information.
- Is deemed inappropriate or unrelated to expert witness services.
- Violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
- User-Generated Content
Users may post, submit, or upload content, including but not limited to reviews, comments, or other submissions, on the Site. By doing so, users agree to:
- Ensure all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
- Refrain from submitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Expert DSK reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Site to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Users agree that such monitoring does not impose any obligation on Expert DSK to take action or responsibility for user behavior.
Expert DSK reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content at its sole discretion. Users grant Expert DSK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
- Prohibition Against Solicitation

- Using the Site to recruit, solicit, or otherwise engage experts for non-expert witness services unless expressly permitted.
Solicitation for other directories, referral services, or marketing products is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this prohibition may result in immediate restriction or termination of access to the Site and, where applicable, legal action.
- Third-Party Products, Services, Statements, Advertising, and Promotions
The Site may feature references to third-party products, services, or statements. These references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Expert DSK.
Expert DSK is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any third-party products, services, or statements. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and independently evaluate any third-party content featured on or linked to from the Site.
The Site may also display advertisements. Expert DSK does not endorse the products or services advertised and is not responsible for their accuracy or legality. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ads.

Expert DSK LLC is a Florida-registered limited liability company (LLC). As such, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert DSK LLC disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

- Reliance on information provided by expert witnesses listed on the Site.
- Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the operation of the Site.
Under no circumstances shall Expert DSK LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- User Account and Security
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify Expert DSK immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. Expert DSK is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- Prohibited Conduct

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. By using the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
- Limitation on Time to File Claims
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
